Hi Olena! How are ypu doing with your hipotyroidism ? It's been 4 years since this vídeo, I'd love to know how everything goes. I was diagnosed since my 16 yo. After my child was born i was diagnosed with hashimoto. Cant even stay in a job... it was awful... no one understand and we cant have rights or be respected... hoping you feel better.

do not get upset with yourself it took time for it to get that way .....l got bins and sorted things l wanted to keep and things to give away and things to sell from there l went into each room after 30-50 min take a 10 break away from your mess then you can go thru the bins in time not hurrying once things are organized in items then go thru what makes you happy and not again take breaks that is the key to not getting frustrated and if you do not finish when you wanted to it is ok my look at organizing my home is in 2 sections and 2 great people l watch and admire and that is Midwest cleaning and Mary Kondo learn from both we are not all the same and do not do things the same do it the way that sparks joy to you so to speak

I have felt this. Over a life of 60 years I have come to realize that clothing is my greatest overwhelm. Like you I would almost be in tears when I looked at laundry. And pulling things out to get to other things. I know it is not for everyone, but a minimalist approach to my clothing, narrowing it down to only that I truly love and wear and bright so much relief. Realistically, when will all that clothing ever be all worn? Again, not for everyone and that’s ok.

Your hair! Wow! You're gorgeous.

Hey hun! I’m a qualified beautician (UK) and I have a few tips for you 1. Apply a plastic cap or bag under the towel when doing your oil treatment for heat insulation and saves you washing. 2. You’re using hot wax, the Qtips are unnecessary. You should be able to remove most of the hair by applying the wax in both the same and opposite direction of hair growth (2 applications per area). This is different to strip wax which needs to be applied in the direction of hair growth and removed in the opposite direction. 3. Cleanse x2 in the evening, tone and THEN steam and extract. The mask should be applied after extraction to calm the skin and get in those freshly relaxed pores. You can tone again after if needed. 4. If you have enough wax, you can use that on your underarms. Hot wax sticks to the hair rather than the skin so you’re less likely to get irritation and it’s best for coarse hair. Hope this helps someone 🩷 Have a good day!

100% yes about the contacts! I’ve been wondering if other people are like this too! Sometimes I’ll straight up wear glasses to work and when it’s skincare time I’m like nope, gotta put the contacts in. Even if it’s just for a few hours! I hate not being able to see, especially when I’m doing self care!
